Maple and Trivett/Oak

One large meeting room that is approximately 3000 sq. feet which can seat 150 people for large events and can be divided in half for smaller meetings. Maple has a serving area with a pantry, refrigerator, double sink, microwave, and coffee maker. Both rooms have Internet connections. Maple is 39’x40′ and Trivett is 33’x40′.

Tamarack/FedNor Room

Located on the second floor of the Main Building, the Tamarack FedNor room is our newest meeting room. This room is a well appointed 1,000 sq feet (31’x33′) room suitable for up to 50 people seated at tables.  A great carpeted, naturally lit room for a meeting or even for events like a yoga retreat.

Aaniin

Pronounce Aw-knee, this is our newest addition to the CEC. This 1,730 sq foot (60’x32′) room can be divided into 2 separate meeting spaces. Aaniin East is 960 sq feet (33’x32), with a side exit to a patio with picnic tables. Aaniin West is 770 sq feet (27’x32′), with a gas fireplace, and a flat screen television with satellite and a DVD player. This building offers a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape, and is a perfect space for a meeting, social event, or even a wedding!

Birch Dining Hall

Clean modern facilities. We strive to serve well-balanced meals and always ask if there are any food allergies and/or preferences. Our caterer checks with the participants and makes changes after their arrival to accommodate any special needs. Meal times are as set out in the schedule, but there is  flexibility to request changes as necessary.

Kitchen Cabin

Individuals and groups who would like to do their own cooking can access our shared-use kitchen cabin. This cabin comes equipped with a guest fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, and some cooking supplies. Outside the Kitchen Cabin there is a propane BBQ, chairs, and picnic tables. There is also a television with satellite in the kitchen cabin (individual cabins do not come with televisions).

If you wish to reserve this cabin for your group’s exclusive use, an additional charge applies and a minimum rental of 15 cabins is required. Floor Plan.

The Observatory

Experience the night sky through our 16″ Meade telescope in our observatory with retractable roof! We offer public viewings throughout the year, are available for private group bookings (additional cost), and can complement school programs. Viewings are weather-dependent, and only available from late fall to early spring when the sky gets dark earlier
