PROGRAMS:
  • DAY 1: Arrive after 12pm, programs start no earlier than 1pm.
  • LAST DAY: Depart following lunch (1pm at the latest, a bagged lunch can be provided if groups would like to depart earlier).
  • CEC staff are available for groups from 8am to 8pm during their stay. Visiting group supervisors are responsible for all group supervision between the hours of 8pm and 8am and between the end of each meal and the start of the next program.
  • A social space for use after 8pm (indoor or outdoor) can be provided to a group depending on availability.
  • A staff is available on site for emergencies between 8pm and 8am.
  • Overnight security guards can be arranged at an additional cost to the group (advanced notice is required, provided by a third party).
MEALS:
  • DAY 1: The first meal on day 1 is supper. Groups are required to provide their own lunch on day 1, or can arrange for lunch to be provided at an additional cost.
  • Snacks are not provided (including campfire program), groups are welcome to bring nut free snacks and campfire treats
WINTER ADD-ON:
  • Ski at Antoine Mountain!
    • End your trip on a Friday and enjoy the day skiing
    • Pack up the bus after after breakfast and head to Antoine  for the day, and head home directly from Antoine.
    • The cost of the Friday morning program and Friday lunch will be discounted from your trip fee.
    • Lunch is available at Antoine.
    • Schools must book directly with Antoine.

$2400/+HST
  • Rate includes up to 15 participants
  • Additonal participants: $160/participants

3 Days/2 Night

$3900/+HST
  • Rate includes up to 15 participants
  • Additonal participants: $260/participants
  • $155 per supervisor
  • 2 nights of cabin accommodations
  • Includes 2 Dinners, 2 Breakfasts and 2 Lunches

4 Days/3 Night

$5400/+HST
  • Rate includes up to 15 participants
  • Additonal participants: $360/participants
  • $225 per supervisor
  • 3 nights of cabin accommodations
  • Includes 3 Dinners, 3 Breakfasts and 3 Lunches

5 Days/4 Night

$6900/+HST
  • Rate includes up to 15 participants
  • Additonal participants: $460/participants
  • $295 per supervisor
  • 4 nights of cabin accommodations
  • Includes 4 Dinners, 4 Breakfasts and 4 Lunches
  • Prices are subject to HST
  • Prices valid for trips booked from December 2024 to December 2025
  • Student price based on minimum 3 students per cabin.
  • Supervisors provided with maximum of 2 free cabins (with minimum 15 students). Additional cabins available at $100 for the first night, and $50/night thereafter.
  • Minimum group size of 15 participants (smaller groups will be charged for a minimum of 15 people)
  • A 10% non refundable deposit is required to hold bookings.
