The mining sector in Ontario has initiated a campaign to Save the Canadian Ecology Centre following the devastating EF2 downburst storm of June 2025.
Mining and related industries recognize the long time commitment of the CEC as an environmental education centre that shares the story of modern mining;
- for students and teachers
- for the environment, safety, and technology
- and the many occupations within the sector.
